Dates: February 25 - May 26, 2024

Overview: During this session, students will:

• Brainstorm Show Topics: Engage in creative discussions to explore and select the theme for our new show.
• Write Parts of the Script and Lyrics: Collaboratively develop the narrative and musical elements of the show.
• Create New Choreography: Design and practice dance routines that will be incorporated into the performance.
• Perform Segments for Feedback: Present parts of the show to peers and instructors for constructive critique and improvement.

Goals and Benefits:

• Creative Collaboration: Students will work together to bring fresh ideas to life, enhancing their teamwork and creative skills.
• Skill Development: Participants will improve their writing, choreography, and performance abilities.
• Preparation for Edinburgh: This workshop is essential for preparing a polished and captivating show to present at the renowned Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Tuition and Fees:

• Total for Spring Session: $160

Performance Sharing: At the end of the session, we will have a showcase where students can present their work-in-progress. This performance will give families and friends a glimpse of the exciting show we are preparing for Edinburgh.
