Why Families Trust Youth Theatre

  • University-affiliated program
  • Experienced teaching artists
  • Process-focused training
  • Safe and structured environment

As a parent I can't thank Youth Theatre enough for making the world more interesting and full of magic for my son.  May all people find their place on the stage and fill the world with tales of wonder.

My child had a blast learning about the theater through many avenues. The community and togetherness is awesome!

Our son absolutely LOVED theater camp. He got pushed a bit out of his comfort zone, but with gentleness and support, he grew in confidence doing this camp! Definitely would do this camp again. Very inclusive and kind kids. Was very impressed with the organization and flexibility of the camp to support my child's needs. We loved this camp.

Youth Theatre has done so much for my kids’ self esteem. They love every day of theatre school and are always sad to have their last day of the session. The teachers, staff, and teen aides are all wonderful!

Senior Ensemble Placement Form
Students enrolled in Senior Ensemble will complete a short supplemental form in the registration system.
The form includes a brief video (monologue or song) and a few short questions about interests and goals.
This is not an audition.
It simply helps our teaching team get to know students before the session begins so we can plan the work and support everyone’s strengths.
The form will appear in your registration account and is due 30 days before the session begins.
Students may apply for leadership roles including:
Assistant Director, Assistant Choreographer, Dramaturg, Stage Management Apprentice, and Design Lead.
Leadership Lab meetings support advanced artistic work.
